RETURNS 

If your Hyphen piece wasn’t quite right for you, you have 14 days from your delivery date to return your item(s) to us for a full refund. Items must be received by us within this date and returned in the condition they were received otherwise a refund cannot be issued.

To be eligible for a return your item(s) must have all tags and labels attached, remain unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and in its original condition and packaging.

To return your product, send to the below address following the instructions on the returns form provided in your order parcel.

If you have misplaced your returns form, don’t worry, please email info@hyphen.store to obtain a new one. We aim process your refund request within 7 working days of receiving your return. We do not offer exchanges. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item to us, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We also do not cover any duty/taxes/custom fees that may incur with international shipments. If a package is rejected due to fees not being paid and the package is returned to us with fees to pay they will be deducted from the refund amount along with original shipping costs.
